In return for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which I acknowledge, I hereby grant to the Troy Community Chorus and its agents the use of photographs and/or video, the unlimited right and permission to use the photographs and/or video described below (the “Images”). Intended Use Video and still images for the Troy Community Chorus website/s, social media, advertising, trade magazines, and other media. I further grant to the Troy Community Chorus and its agents, the right to crop, edit and otherwise alter the Images and to combine them with other images or graphic elements, and I waive my rights to inspect the Images or any version of them or any finished advertisement or printed or other materials into which they may be incorporated. I further understand that by signing this release, I waive any claim I might otherwise have for invasion of privacy due to the publication of the Images and I hereby consent to their publication in any form in any medium or periodical or other publication, alone or in conjunction with any printed matter, which may be printed with them. I warrant that I have reached the age of majority and have every right to grant the permission herein granted. Further, I represent that I have read this document before signing it and understand its provisions.
